Chloe goes fishing for a man after a failed marriage of ten years. She finds squids, octopus, and even a shark but nothing worth keeping. Take a boat ride with Chloe as she sails the dating ocean. Written with an eye to the truth "Plenty More Fish" explores a new world filled with mistakes and matches. We see a side rarely that one that needs to be explored. Open your eyes and read. You will be appalled, angered and eventually, you might applaud.
After 10 years of marriage and children, Pete abruptly leaves Chloe claiming their marriage is a farce. Declaring bankruptcy, he leaves Chloe penniless and moves on to marry his silicone-busted bimbo. Chloe dives into the dating pool. After 2 failed dates and one stalker can Chloe's luck get any worse-yes!
Thinking about online dating, matchmaking friends, or just doing the bar scene? This book will open your eyes to what can happen and just might.
Does Chloe find a life after Pete? Is there a soul mate out there for her? You'll just have to read to find out and be prepared to be surprised.
Plenty More Fish is a book about a woman who at first had the dream life with a husband, four kids, and a great career, but later lost the safe life that she once had. She then started the dating life all over again and she literally found herself learning more about the stresses that entail the dating life these days, but also what she needed to watch out for while dating like stalkers and married men, and how their wives will step in if needed. Chloe is an inspiration to all women who are restarting out and trying to find that special someone I think that I would like to read a sequel to this book if ever made.
This was a good read. It held my interest, wondering what would happen next.
It is a book myself and others can relate to, I am sure.
I cannot wait to see how things turn out in the next book.
A cautionary story for any woman divorced or single but seeking to go fishing online.
What a good true-life example of how the online scene can be. Interesting experiences of how dating can affect you and your day-to-day living, life, and emotions. Good examples of how to trust and doubt others' outlooks of your life. Do you always listen or is it your way or the highway? Do you ever really know? -Ann
